These  are the same sauces used at Woon, a Los Angeles homestyle Chinese restaurant, on their Beef Noodles.  The mixture hasn't changed since Mama Fong served these noodles when the owners were kids and through the years as a pop up. Great for any type of stir fry!  Use sparingly, a few squirts goes a long way.
