Shipping and Returns

How long does it take to process my order?
Our turnaround time is currently 2-3 business days after your order date (please note this does not include time in transit). Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with its tracking information.
What is your shipping policy?
We ship within the contiguous United States and may take 3-5 business days to arrive depending on location.
Over $75: Free Shipping.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, we have 1-day and 2-day expedited shipping options for the contiguous United States  (shipping times in business days). You have the option to select either standard shipping (3-5 business days) or one of the expedited shipping options while checking out. Please place your order before 12:00 PM PST Monday-Friday to ensure a timely delivery.
Do you offer international shipping?
Right now, we can only ship domestically throughout the continental United States.
What is your return/exchange policy?
For order discrepancies and damages, please email hello@combapmart.com within fourteen (14) days of receiving your goods with your order number and photo if there is damage or an issue, and we'll work hard to make it right.  
Customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend obtaining a tracking number when sending your return parcel shipment.  Upon receipt of the return, Combap Mart will process a refund within 10 business days, less the return shipping charge, to the form of original payment. 
If you would like to exchange for another item, we will gladly ship you the replacement, free of charge.

Refunds may only be issued to the credit card or Venmo/PayPal account used to make the original purchase. We cannot reimburse you for an amount greater than your purchase amount.

The return/exchange value is determined by the last retail price of the item.

All sales are final on food products and we do not offer returns of exchanges.
Merchandise received after 14 days will only be accepted at our discretion, for an online store credit.

We do not accept returns on products that were not purchased via this website.
